D4D’s Strategic Partners Insigneo are organising a free public engagement event as a part of the Sheffield Festival of Science. The Festival is celebrating world-class research in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). The diverse programme will fascinate, entertain and engage children, young people and adults alike – with events, talks and activities for all.
As a part of the Festival, Insigneo is holding an interactive session ‘Dem Bones Gonna Walk Around’. Our session shows how computer models of physical activities can be developed to predict the risk of bone fracture!
Times: All places for Sunday 12 March are now taken, but there are places available on Wednesday 15 March, 2-3pm and 3-4pm. Sessions are free to attend.
