The TiM project – Telehealth in Motor Neurone Disease (MND) announces funding from MND Scotland to further test the technology in real life settings.
The TiM project is led from the University of Sheffield, and is designed to support people living with MND, and their carers.
TiM is seeking to improve MND services by improving care co-ordination and communication between people, carers and their care providers, and could also be used to support clinical trials by enabling more patients to participate and accelerate data collection. The project will involve working with local services to test the technology in real life settings and is due to start in Nov 2019.
