A research study about the use of paediatric sleep diaries and actigraphy done in collaboration between Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Sheffield Hallam University, NIHR Children and Young People and NIHR Devices for Dignity MedTech Cooperatives, took home top honors at the Sleep Conference held in Birmingham on November 21-23 2019.

The research work, presented by Dr Ruth Kingshott, received the Best Paediatric Poster Award.

This biannual conference organised by the British Sleep Society is the largest multidisciplinary UK meeting dedicated to sleep medicine and research. This year the conference included three days of presentations and debates by national and international research leaders to advance the science and clinical practice of sleep medicine.
