D4D’s purpose is to catalyse technology development to address unmet health and care needs for patients. To coincide with the World Health Organisation’s celebration of 2020 as Year of the Nurse and Midwife, we are seeking opinions and experiences to help us plan forwards for which high priority patient needs we will work to address over 2020-2022.

If you are a nurse working in renal care, whether in admissions, dialysis units, transplants, or in the community, we would like to hear from you.

We have created a survey to help us better understand where there are unmet needs in patient care for those living with renal conditions, and we are specifically interested in hearing nurses’ perspectives. If you are able to spend 5 minutes completing the survey we would be grateful for your input, and if you’d be interested in being involved in any projects going forwards we’d also like to hear from you.

The survey is available here.
