CONNECT at HSR Conference 2020

The CONNECT project – co-creation of a patient decision aid for coronary heart disease treatment options – has been selected as a Co-Production Theme case study to be presented by Dr Emma Harris at the upcoming HSR UK Conference 2020 on Wednesday 1st July https://hsruk.org/hsruk/events/hsr-uk-conference-2020.

A collaboration between University of Huddersfield, Devices for Dignity, Calderdale & Huddersfield and Mid-Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trusts, CONNECT has been developed to support shared decision-making for patients considering surgical interventions for coronary heart disease to improve their understanding, reduce decisional conflict and promote informed consent.
