Perfect Patient Pathway Testbed shortlisted for Award

Devices for Dignity are proud to announce that the Perfect Patient Pathway NHS England Test Bed team have been shortlisted for the Royal College of Physicians Excellence in Patient Care (EPCA2019) Innovation award. The awards were launched in 2015 to promote and reward the impressive work that physicians are doing around the world to improve patient care, through education, innovation, research and clinical practice.

On Wednesday 22nd May, representatives from the Test Bed team, including partners from Healthwatch Sheffield, will be attending a dedicated awards ceremony, which will take place at the Royal College of Physicians building in London.

Professor Wendy Tindale, Director of the Perfect Patient Pathway Test Bed, said “We are delighted that the importance of patient involvement in ensuring innovation meets the needs of the end users has been recognised. We are proud to have been shortlisted for this award and I would like to thank all our partners, patients and stakeholders who contributed their time, energy and expertise to supporting this programme.”
