Seeking care teams to test our new learning platform – Neurocare KnowHow!

Neurocare KnowHow is a new online learning tool for care workers who support people with neurological conditions.

Neurocare KnowHow has been created for personal assistants, homecare visit teams and care home teams.

Since last year, the Neurocare KnowHow team have been creating learning content with carers and people living with neurological conditions, using remote filming techniques. The project is funded by Ufi VocTech Trust and a collaboration between Devices for Dignity, University of Sheffield, Ammba Digital and Optical Jukebox.

The team now have a prototype learning platform for people to access the learning resources and are seeking carers to be involved in testing and providing feedback about:

  • what has been developed for Neurocare KnowHow so far, and,
  • what needs to be considered in the next stage of development to be useful as a learning resource for carers.

We would like carers to be involved in the test phase to ensure Neurocare KnowHow is designed the right way and with the right information for the people who will benefit from it.

If you would like to be involved – you can contact the team on (07388) 997660 or email info@neurocareknowhow.co.uk
